Catering will be provided by "Morsels As You Wish". Chef Amy has created a wonderful menu (see below).
And not be outdone, we'll be pouring barrel samples, unreleased wines and a couple of library wines along with our current releases... and that's a lot of wine!
Bacon Potato Salad Pops: Baby creamed potatoes roasted with rosemary oil, rolled in grated parmesan and wrapped with crisp bacon (served on a stick)
Pigs in a Robe: Cocktail wieners glazed with Roquefort Mustard and wrapped in a buttery puff pastry
Street Corn on a Stick: Beautifully grilled cobb-ettes of sweet summer corn drizzled with cilantro crema, a bit of cotija cheese and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro
Kalua Port Bites: Kalua braised port belly, shredded and resting on thick cucumber slices topped with Siracha aoli and pickled red onions
S'more Mini Cupcakes: Your favorite memory in a little cupcake! Crunchy layer of graham cracker crust topped with triple dark chocolate cake, finished with house-made marshmallow creme frosting that is lightly toasted to bring back those campfire memories.
