TASTING NOTES:
Color: Pale lemon with an inkling of green hue
Nose: Orange oil with hints of sweet tangerine and marmalade
Mouth: Full rounded, ripe citrus that's a touch candied but finishes dry
Alc: 14.2%

- Foods and Entrees pairings: Pork, chicken, fish, shellfish and veal dishes with spicy or sweet sour sauces. Examples include Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish and BBQ
- Cheese Pairings: Brie, Camembert, Feta, goat cheeses, Muenster, Raclette and Swiss

Appellation: Paso Robles AVA
Vineyard: Pear Valley Vineyard (East Side of Paso Robles). North-South facing rows on undulating hillside. Planted to vertical shoot (VSP) trellis.
Soil: Sandy clay loam with calcareous locations
Clone: 01 A
Production: was limited to only 81 cases.
Harvested: Sep 13, 2019
Juice Stats: Brix = 24, pH = 3.52, TA = 0.52
Vinification: Whole bunch pressed to a refrigerated tank. 6-day settling period followed by racking and fermentation in 75-gal stainless steel barrels. 4-months on lees then sterile filtered.
